I prefer an idealized but natural aesthetic in my photos and videos, but I also try to maintain an awareness of trending styles. I am not a big fan of sky replacements, digital twilight effects, etc. I tend to think they create a look that is more akin to an architect rendering than a representation of a real place — but that doesn’t mean I won’t do them for clients who want that look.

Prices are based on square footage, room count, distance from main town, etc.
Range: $225-375
LAND
Prices are based on acreage, distance from main town, community features, etc.
Range: $150-325
DRONE
Prices are based on the scope of project and if it’s a standalone request or an add-on for a full shoot.
Range: $55-155
WALKTHROUGH VIDEO
Prices based on property size, distance from main town, etc. The walkthrough video is in landscape orientation and works well for MLS Listings and Youtube channel uploads.
Range: $100+
SOCIAL REEL
Priced as a flat rate add-on. These are shorter videos in a portrait orientation, suitable for upload to Instagram, Tiktok, etc.
